When you or a family member needs diagnostic imaging, cost should never be the reason care is delayed. We understand that unexpected medical expenses can place pressure on a family’s budget, especially when imaging is needed quickly or when insurance benefits leave a remaining balance.

As a diagnostic imaging provider, we are committed to delivering high‑quality radiology services in a cost‑effective and patient‑centered manner. To support you, we offer simple and flexible payment plan options designed specifically for imaging services.

Our Payment Plan Structure

Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward and manageable:

  • 50% down payment at the time the payment plan is set up
  • Remaining 50% spread over a maximum of 6 months
  • No penalty for early payoff
  • Monthly payments are scheduled automatically for convenience
  • Choose your preferred payment date (1st or 15th of the month)
  • Payment plans apply only to imaging services performed at our facility and cannot be used for radiologist professional fees, laboratory services, or other providers that bill separately.

Our payment plans can be used for both scheduled and urgent diagnostic imaging, including:

  • MRI
  • CT Scan
  • Ultrasound
  • X‑ray
  • Mammography
  • DEXA Bone Density
  • Fluoroscopy and other diagnostic radiology exams

How Your Estimate Is Calculated

Your payment plan is based on an estimate of your out‑of‑pocket cost. This estimate is created using:

  • Information from your insurance carrier
  • The exam ordered by your provider
  • Your remaining deductible, copy, or coinsurance

Because imaging needs can vary, the final billed amount may differ from the estimate based on factors such as:

  • Additional imaging sequences required
  • Contrast usage
  • Changes to the exam ordered
  • Insurance processing outcomes
    Any difference will be adjusted after insurance has processed the claim.

How to Get Started

1. Schedule your imaging exam with your provider’s order.
2. A financial counselor will review your insurance benefits and discuss available payment options.
3. If a payment plan is needed, we will set it up with the required 50% down payment and monthly installments.
