    Women who undergo routine mammograms at the Baptist Breast Center now have the latest screening and diagnostic technology available to them. The Baptist Breast Center is one of the first women’s centers in the United States to offer 3D breast tomosynthesis for breast cancer screening.

  • First in San Antonio! - PET/CT Services Now Available on Saturdays

    Baptist M&S Imaging is proud to be the first imaging provider in the San Antonio area to announce immediate Saturday appointment availability for PET/CT imaging services at its Downtown and Medical Center locations. Both centers are conveniently located, with Baptist M&S Imaging Downtown at 215 E. Quincy, Suite 100 and the Medical Center location at 7888 Fredericksburg Road.

  • Biopsy Services Offered at Downtown Location

    Later this summer, biopsy services will be added to the spectrum of services offered at the Baptist M&S Imaging Downtown location. This addition of biopsy services rounds out the offering of these procedures to three San Antonio area locations: Baptist Breast Center, Baptist M&S Imaging – Mission Trail and now Baptist M&S Imaging – Downtown.

    The gold standard in today’s Open MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) technology is now conveniently available at both the Northeast and Mission Trail Baptist M&S Imaging centers.     As you may have heard, a worldwide shortage of Tc-99m is expected to heighten over the coming weeks and months. This will affect the way we diagnose patients. The advantage of knowing in advance that this shortage is coming allows physicians to plan alternate scans so that patient care will not be adversely affected.
